Eligibility for Return:

• You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for underwear, socks, or final sale items.
  
  

  How to Return:

  1. Contact our support via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address.

  3. After inspection, we will process a refund, store credit, or exchange based on your preference.

  Refunds:

  • Refunds are made within 5–7 working days after item inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
